2. Local Storage & Permissions

The App functions as a local utility. Your data stays on your hardware:

• Media Access: The App requires permission to view your device’s storage only to locate and play video files you select.
• Offline Use: The App does not require an internet connection to play or analyze videos and does not "call home" to external servers.

Because the App collects absolutely no data, it is fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and is safe for athletes and students of all ages.
